ABOUT ME

Growing up in a traveling military family—go Air Force—I was looking for stability in my life. That became creating. Writing, photography, videos, art; anything to give me an outlet to express my thoughts and tell stories. I got to study film and journalism at Baylor University, and I loved every second of it. Meeting new people, pitching story ideas, and getting to create my short film was a dream come true.

Outside of that, I love reading. I read *almost* as much as my mother does, and I love making fun book-related content. I also enjoy volunteering, getting outside for a hike, supporting my friends and family, listening to podcasts, and spending time in the sun.

Long-term, I'd love to write a book and work on a documentary someday. If anyone wants an extra hand...

CURRENTLY

I’m the Marketing Content Specialist for Academic Services and Enrollment Management Marketing at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. I write content for major campus partners for email communications and websites, including On-Campus Events and New Student Enrollment. I also help create PowerPoints, print pieces, and collect data and information for our campaigns. Being able to create different communications for high school students to start their college journey has been such a great opportunity.

Looking to get back into videography, photography and social media gigs, specifically event coverage (rodeos, concerts, weddings, etc.).
